Fine Drinks Co. is an international hospitality consulting agency that focuses on developing world-class drinking destinations.

Founded by globally recognized bar veterans, Pietro Collina and Veronica Di Pietrantonio, Fine Drinks Co. guides partners on how to reinvigorate their bar offerings and profitability by focusing on staff development, menu construction, back-of-house logistics, and tailored hospitality.

Fine Drinks Co. provides its partners with comprehensive training manuals, bar design, sales strategies, and creative solutions to set venues apart from the crowd, attract new customers, and foster the next generation of talent.

Fine Drinks Co. is also a Brand Development agency.

In 2023 we joined forces with Thesleff Group and took over the direction of Viajante87 in Notting Hill. During this time, since we reopened and rebranded the bar, we have achieved incredible results, which include entering the extended list of the World's 50 Best Bars 2024, getting awarded a PIN of Excellence from The Pinnacle Guide, entering Top 50 Cocktail Bars at # 17 and more.

Pietro Collina

Pietro has built an international reputation for managing some of the most awarded drinking establishments that are known for high-quality cocktails, consistency, genuine hospitality, and design.

At the forefront of the industry for over 15 years, Pietro spent his career working and leading the teams as Bar Director for The NoMad Hotels and Eleven Madison Park, redefining modern hospitality and establishing one of the strongest cultures in the bar industry.

With the Food and Beverage landscape changing rapidly, Pietro's passion is to focus on the emotional behavior behind building a team and rethinking what motivates the next generation of hospitality workers.

Pietro directs Concept, Menu Development, Cocktail Creation and Training for Fine Drinks Co, and is the Beverage Director for Thesleff Group.

Veronica Di Pietrantonio

Veronica is an awarded hospitality professional based in London who has harnessed a network around the world due to her infectious personality and passion for service and guest relations.

Veronica served as Floor Manager at Dandelyan and Lyaness starting in 2017, and was an integral leader of the team that became #1 on the World's 50 Best Bars and Tales of the Cocktail.

With a passion for community and communication, her talent brought her to work with LX PR, the leading Drinks PR agency in Europe, further establishing her connections and presence in cocktail culture.

Veronica directs Brand Development, PR, Newtorking and Events for Fine Drinks Co and is the Brand Director of Viajante87.
